Lip Lift Nightmare

I got a lip lift in February 2020. The doctor butchered my face and I got a hypertrophic scar that widened and his car was not a clean line. It was completely asymmetrical and it made my face look bunched up underneath my nose. Now I have this dark a line and scars under my nose that makeup cannot hide. I’ve had laser Genesis, PDL, kenalog, and just got a 5FU shot. I understand I have to wait it out and the color has gotten a little bit better the last month or so with it not being so red. Does anyone know how quickly and effective a 5FU shot may be. I understand that Kenalog may have indented my scar but it was already Uneven.
