He would only take off 4 mm - wasted my time and money

Dr Partington was very willing to talk to me on the phone the first time I called his office. He told me he could do a beautiful job with my lip and the the results I wanted. The day of the lip lift he got me ready for the procedure then he only wanted to remove 3 mm!!! 3 mm is NOTHING. My lip hung down 7 mm beyond the bottom of my top teeth. I needed at least 11 mm removed and lifted to get the youthful look and lip roll I was paying him for. We argued a bit. He would only take off 4 mm and told me he knew what he was doing, that 4 was the magic number, that it would look fantastic. After the procedure he took an “after” photo. He asked me to pull me top lip up for this photo….to make it look like a more dramatic/better result than I really got. I called, emailed, texted him many times telling him I was unhappy with the results. That I wanted/needed a revision. He would not return one message during the course of an entire year! He is dishonest and unethical and lacks basic skills. I wasted my time and money going to him.
