I realized that as I got older the distance between my nose and my lips was longer and longer !! I saw the difference in others and I could tell that injections were not making a difference. I went to see Dr. Rodriguez and he agreed that the length between my lip and my nose was double what was considered acceptable. I decided to go for it .

Wow great result! What was your initial philtrum length, how much was removed, and what is the current length? Has there been any drop since the procedure was done? I also have a very long philtrum and am scheduled to have this surgery in December.
