I had been contemplating getting a lip lift for a while, and I had also been dealing with puffiness around my right eye for several years that no doctor had been able to help with. I had been in touch with Sandra for over a year and had a couple of consultations with Dr. Sigler prior to surgery, which helped me feel prepared and comfortable.

In early October of this year, I had multiple procedures done by Dr. Sigler. Upper and lower blepharoplasty, under eye fat transfer, and a lip lift. I am still healing, but my confidence is back, and I am no longer afraid to take and share selfies.

I had more swelling than normal after surgery, and Dr. Sigler was very kind and attentive. She even offered for me to stay in the hospital because she was worried about my vision and my safety while I was recovering alone in my hotel room. I really appreciated her level of care and concern.

Sometimes I wish I had done an 8 mm lip lift instead of 5 mm, but I am still very happy with the result. I also feel relieved that I no longer look older than my age due to the uneven swelling on the right side of my face. My face looks much more even now.

Dr. Sigler, Sandra, and the entire staff were very caring. The hospital staff held my hand while inserting the IV on the back of my hand, which meant a lot to me. Everyone I interacted with was genuinely kind.

I have been to Tijuana several times, and getting around was not difficult. I stayed in a hotel about a 10 minute Uber ride from the hospital, and everything worked out perfectly. Highly recommend.
