Consultation review - Alicia Sigler discriminaton

I have been in contact with Alicia Sigler regarding a lip lift for myself. Before a video consult I sent all the pics required and then she asked me for my medical history I promised to send her my labs and prior surgeries the next day as I was away from home but that I was healthy undetectable HIV positive. She is a member of the American Society of plastic surgeons which she advertises on her website, I cannot believe that she is this behind in universal precaution and or this discriminative because she informed me that her facility where she does her surgeries is not set up and her staff is not trained for the additional precautions necessary to operate on HIV positive patients and she told me that she could not assist me with this surgery. I found this shocking as she is 15 minutes from the US border and there are many other diseases that universal precautions should be taken and if her surgery center is not equipped and untrained in the standard health practice in this day and age, then ask yourself is this the place for your surgery procedure?
