I haven’t felt pretty, cute, sexy, attractive, confident in over 2 years. I hate my nose and I hate this scar.
This has taken all my confidence away from me and destroyed my life.

are both these photos after photos? honestly i think your lips and nose look beautiful in both pictures. i understand these things are incredibly personal but as someone who’s impartial you look great. we tend to over analyse and critique ourselves so harshly but i hope it helps knowing that to a stranger i cannot see anything wrong xxx

Botched Nostril


Disfigured nostril after lip lift, removed the base of my nose. Incision is very asymmetrical as it cuts far up on the left removing my nasal sill pulling the inside of nostril down attached to my lip skin.

I am 2 years post op. I regret this surgery more than anything in my life I have been left with this disfigured botched nostril when I use to absolutely love my nose. It was my favourite feature.

Old nose

I use to have the most perfect nose before he botched it.
I don’t usually look at old photos anymore because it makes me feel sick but it just popped up as a memory :(
Also you can see my lip on the left side already drooped slightly so why on earth he only gave me a lift on the right side is crazy to me

I just want my old face back :(

Why did you want a lip lift? Your lips were absolutely perfect. I hope you find a new surgeon who can help. Lip lifts are tough; that part of the face is prone to scarring, and scar tissue doesn’t always heal evenly. There can be pulling and tugging. I hope you find a happy resolution.

Yea, honestly u didn't need anything done u were already pretty. Looking at you pics, I see how the nostrils changed but that can easily be fixed with a rhinoplasty and u can even make your nose better than before. Since u're young u'll heal super fast from any procedure. Don't lose hope!
