37 days post op

I decided to get them taken out. Yesterday I had the surgery to remove them. I have stitches on both sides of my mouth like before, but my lips are really not swollen. Pain is no where near the pain of getting them down. It’s weird to feels my lips being mushy and soft again. The implants made them harder even though I could bend them. I do like having soft lips again. In the future I will definitely get lip injections.

1 month

So I’m 1 month post op now. I can definitely talk normal again. Doesn’t feel like my top lip is so stiff anymore. I love the size. It’s perfect not obvious that something’s been done. I do however plan to take them out. My smile is still obviously crooked. You can not tell when I talk or have my mouth closed only when I smile with teeth. If it wasn’t for that I’d keep them for certain!

Pics didn’t post ( 2 days shy of 3 weeks)

Okay so I am almost three weeks post-op. I am not feeling them at all. I don’t like the way I talk with them. It’s like my top lip never moves right. My biggest problem is the crookedness. The one feels way different from the other side. The size is perfect though. I have so many mixed emotions.
