This is how my face is destroyed after putting a permalip in my upperlip. The pictures are 1 year after. I only red very positive comments about the permalip implants but I am really not happy with the results. Moreover, I feel the siliconen within my lip with every movement I make.

I bet you’d like them more if you swapped the 5 mm for 4 mm. They’re not as bad as you think though, it’s because it’s your face and you’re scrutinizing yourself so hard.
