The actual talk during my consult with Dr. Kortesis was extremely short (less than 10 minutes).
The cosmetic information about lip augmentation that I received from this doctor was insufficient, very vague, and not at all specific to my person/face.
Most importantly, I asked Dr. Kortesis, to show me some pictures of his work on lip augmentation, and he told me that he did not have any handy at the time of my consult (??),...... but that he would make sure that some pictures be emailed to me by his staff later on.
Unfortunately as of today, 52 days later, I haven't received any pictures, nor have I received any emails, or correspondence of any kind from HKB Cosmetic Surgery.
Note that the consult with Dr. Kortesis cost me $200, which I had to pay in advance, in order to get an appointment a month later, and frankly, I feel that I was not given the service I paid for (not even close).
My insight about lip augmentation that I had before my consult, is exactly as incomplete, fractured, and fuzzy, as after my visit with Dr. Kortesis.
As of today, I can honestly say that the whole experience left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a client and a person.
Frankly, after such a consult, I can't help but ponder about, how I would have been treated during and after an actual cosmetic surgery at this facility.
Therefore I cannot in good conscience recommend H/K/B Cosmetic surgery to anyone.
