Lip implant removed

I didn’t like how my smile was restricted, and I began to get a crease on the top of my lip so I had it removed unfortunately, you are awake when this is done and not asleep like when it’simplanted. Horrible.

Everything is great. Can feel the implant with fingers, but not when kissing. I can fully open, but don’t think I will ever be able to fully smile like pre-implant, but we will see. Can pucker up too.

Thank you, yours is the only review I have found that is what I want (only top 4mm) I'm dying to know what happened though? Since this was a couple of years ago. Did your ability to smile or look of it feel normal again?
Also a before picture would be so helpful. It's so scary to make this decision!

Everything seems to be going well. I feel like smiling is In an awkward stage. I think it looks better with ???? than without.
