25 yr old 4mm Permalip

I got the implants removed and had a different procedure done. They did not provide as much volume as I wanted. They were hard to the touch and created a tubular shape when I smiled. I could also feel them rolling over my teeth at times. Please see my other review regarding my new procedure. If you want the permalip done, I still highly recommend Dr Houser to do it.

Dr Houser did an incredible job with my lips. The placement is still perfect. Now that the swelling is 1000% gone I know for a fact I want 5mm in my upper lip. I found a doctor in town that does permalip so I won’t be driving 13 hrs to have Dr Houser replace it. Surgery is scheduled this Friday (7/20/18). I have started a new review since I have a new doctor and will be having a few other procedures done as well.

My lips seem to be fully healed. The incisions are closed... bruising is gone... swelling is gone... I have full mobility and feeling back in my lips... I can do everything as I normally would... it's just a little harder to whistle and to rub your lips together (like after you put on chapstick). Other than that everything is great. My boyfriend was initially against the procedure but he likes the outcome because they don't look fake and he can't tell that they're there when he kisses me. My implants have not moved as I feared which is great. I get lots of compliments by people who know I've had my lips done. Everyone thinks it looks very natural. On second thought I think I will get 5mm placed in my top lip some day for more exaggerated volume... But I am happy for now.
