Good Customer Service
Sam from Westside aesthetic reached out to me and was willing to make things right. This place takes good care of their customer and they want to make sure you’re happy with results.
Bad Experience
Bad experience… I was looking for a new Botox place because I recently moved to the west side from Calabasas. I saw this place had good reviews so I wanted to try it. They had a Botox bank deal for $1500 - 100 units at $15/unit of Botox and you get a free syringe of filler. I always wanted to try filler so I just decided to go with it. I got about 60 units of Botox in my forehead and jaw (third time- routine) and I got one syringe of filler in my lips for the first time. They wouldn’t even validate my parking because they said I didn’t spend enough so parking was $15 (idk how $1500 isn’t enough?). The front desk girls were not very friendly. The girl who injected me was nice.
I didn’t really notice a difference after a few days from the Botox and my lips were really swollen and bruised still. The front desk girl was super rude to me and told me to look on Botox’s website and see that it takes two weeks to see results. I knew this from before but I usually felt a small difference right away. I thought my lips looked a little crooked too but I waited till the swelling went down.
3 weeks later - I followed all the rules and was super careful about my lips. Now that the swelling has gone down in my lips they’re super bumpy!!! I still have about 40 units left of Botox that I paid for at $15 each but I think I’m just going to cut my losses and go back to my old place. I’ll probably get my filler dissolved there too.
