Horrific Experience- Botched and Ghosted

This has been the worst experience ive had in my years of getting filler, from beginning to end. Dr Ben Stong botched my lips and Botox, and when I left crying I was told to reach out and stay in touch. They stopped responding to my emails after the second one, they have not called back, and have blocked me on social media as I was posting these results, so other can see his work. No solution is being offered, he will steal your money and run. He is scary in the careless way he injects, I was passing out at one point and tried to tell him, in wich he responded that no, I was no and that I was having a Vaso vagal response. I have been getting filler for years and have had cheek, lip, and jawline, but never have I left feeling this way. I left crying, I knew I was botched the moment I saw my lips. Please look up what Glassdoor says about these reviews, please look at social media, as others have spoken about him online. I wish I had seen that, I wish I now didn’t have to turn around and have 1600$ worth of product dissolved after being humiliated by his work.  I waited the two weeks, my lip has healed in a perfect triangle as seen in the photos below. I had a second opinion from another surgeon who states it looks like incorrect filler was used and placed nearly all outside the actual lips, and from the bruising that I was lucky I didn’t get a vascular occlusion. I’m still bruised at two weeks out. The bruising was very significant even when it states online it’s bruise less, both under my eyes were bruised as well as my lips. . Please do not go here, they will botch you and ignore you when you try to find a solution. Based on the response to the other reviews it looks like they often try to turn it on the patient. Run, don’t walk. My lip is a triangle and they will not offer a solution.  My solution is I want my money back for my lips and botched botox, as my eyebrows have fallen significantly when I wanted them to rise and help alleviate a hooded eye. They have fallen dramatically, the surgeon second opinion I got was shocked at how much must have been used. I stated I will pay for the under eye filler, there is one lump on one side but that I can live with, I understand results don’t have to be perfect, just not completely horrific. I asked for my money back only for what was botched, and have emailed 5 or 6 times now asking for a solution. The only thing I had heard was wait the two weeks, they are not responding now that we are two weeks out. The only thing I heard in the first emails is to do the virtual follow up with dr stong, but after this visit I told them I’m not comfortable talking to him and do not want to do anything further unless it’s another provider speaking with me or helping to correct the filler. Dr Stong genuinely scared me in how hard he was slamming the needle forward under my eye, shaking with the effort and going so quickly, and with the lips he did the same. He grabbed my lip and pushed the cannula through while not explaining anything as to what he was doing or what to expect, just silently ramming a cannula through my lips as fast as possible. I was so uncomfortable, as he doesn’t explain anything or clean the skin before injecting. He just grabs the areas and rams the cannula in as fast as possible and injects as quickly as he can to be done with it. Please let my photos be your deciding factor. The receptionists were both very sweet, they were kind and understanding when I came back crying after leaving to call my husband about what to do. They got someone for me to talk to who told me to wait and to stay in touch and reach out with any questions or concern…and when I did and told them that I’m not comfortable with doctor stong dissolving or working with me again they are ignoring me rather than refunding partial purchase so I can have it fixed where I feel safe. I wish zero stars was an option
