Revision Rhinoplasty

I found Dr Goldman on fate honestly . Went to him when I was concerned about my first rhinoplasty by another surgeon who just disappeared on me when things got rough. Every other surgeon would not see me until the year mark . Goldman with o hesitation saw me as helped . He first placed filler in my nose to camouflage the indent in my soft triangle region. Let me say I am a very hard person to please and perfectionist. Goldman did amazing . His attitude , compassion, demeanor alone with knowledge Blew me away ! So from hay day on we planned to fixed what the other doctor did . They also helped get my skin , lips everything together . I get compliments all the time on my skin. Shout out to Stacey ! Surgery was very easy to set up and payment was a breeze. Everyone at he office is so kind and professional. I will go no where else . Now about the experience….
It was nothing short of amazing . Also little side note Dr Goldman is VERY well known in the medical community .Every doctor, nurse or surgeon I have spoken to either knew Dr. Goldman on a first name basis or trained with him or Dr G trained them!
That being said Dr G is triple board certified. I literally was so anxious and Dr G put my mind at ease. Day of surgery he went over what I would like and the surgical plan. He is very organized and prepared for everything. He is very compassionate human being and takes pride in his work . I’m literally in shock how good my nose looks so far! I’m a week post op and I love the results already !!!
So here’s what he did , he straightened my crooked columella and when I mean he straightened it it’s straight asf lol this man has hands of a god ! He got rid of my hanging columella, smoothed out my bridge and lowered it , raised the tip slightly , gave me that natural nice supratip break I always wanted ( love that supratip break look ;) ) , thinned out bridge and made it more defined , fixed the indent in the soft triangle region, gave me a nice subtle swoop, less nostril show and fixed my deviated septum and collapse. I could not breathe at all after first rhinoplasty,I can already breathe better and it’s been what 7-8 days?
Now for recovery. Shou ou to Valerie !!! She was amazing! Recovery for me was very very painful HOWEVER I am on a medication called methadone that blocks the other pain meds so I was having trouble with pain management. Even then Dr G was there by my side thereto help . I called him 4:00am and he answered sleepy voiced ready to help . He also answered on a Sunday afternoon which I am very grateful for . I mean this man was probably with his family answering my call lol that speaks volumes to me .
Angie was the woman who removed my cast and she was so thorough and gentle answered all my questions. Honestly the whole Goldman team staff is AMAZING !!!!
Results : results are amazing already ! My nose was very crooked and nose jobby looking lol. Now even swollen as ever it looks cute and feminine he literally did wonderful. If you ever god forbid need a revision rhinoplasty Dr G is the one to go to believe me your in good hands. And he’s easy on the eyes lol which doesn’t hurt ;) . Thank you all ! I will keep updating as I get farther in my recovery as iu know results can change as swelling dissipates swelling can camouflage imperfections but honestly I’m at ease I truly believe he did a wonderful job and if their is something that I am unhappy with I true heartily believe he would correct the issue . You just don’t find Dr’s like Dr G anymore !!!! I will never go to anyone else ! Oh and did I mention he’s just not in it for the money , he has denied m requests for other surgery I thought I needed and he was honest w me . I am very thin and wanted a bbl and he said he does r think it’s worth it along w the fox wye lift so he’s very honest. I am forever greatful for finding Dr G I was so depressed thought I was ugly bc last Dr messed up my nose . It really takes a hold of your life and I rely on my looks for my career. So it was very very hard for me . THANK YOU DR GOLDMAN ! Will post pics soon before and afters !

Thank you Dr Goldman until I can have my revision rhinoplasty you have made me feel less insecure about my nose I went from crying everyday about that soft triangle dent on one said to being comfortable in my own skin (for now until filler wears off ) THANK YOU !
