Lip augmentation gone wrong - permanent damage/divot in upper lip

Dr. Ganchi has a great bedside manner and he truly seemed to be a good doctor, but a bunch of things went wrong here. I came in for lip augmentation on 11/2/20 and I have sustained what I believe to be permanent tissue loss after being repeatedly dismissed by the staff. They didn't even try to make the situation right, they just told me to come back in for more filler to cover the loss in volume that they caused...
I bruised very badly after the injection, and the bruise remained for quite some time. I contacted them with my concerns and they said it was fine and normal, even though part of my lip was near black with bruising. They said it would go away but it stayed for months - along with many lumps. I came back on 12/21/20 for them to check out the lumps and bruising - they said it was fine. At the 3 month mark, the bruise was gone, but in its place was a visible divot and my upper lip became uneven. It has been almost 2 years since the procedure and I still have this divot in my lip which seems like it will be permanent. Their response was not sympathetic, they only told me to come back in and pay them to get more filler. No chance - the way the staff dismissed and belittled my concerns and now I have a permanent loss in volume, I do not recommend lip augmentation w Dr. Ganchi.
