7 day update
Loving737038August 13, 2021
I wanted to post a picture after swelling and bruising subsided. Photos are from 7 days out. I wanted a natural result and am very pleased. With how my lips look and the overall improvement to my whole face by treating this one area.

Lip Filler First Time

I had lip filler for the first time. I’m in my early 50s and found that my lips looked thin and lip lines were really aging me. I’ve had procedures done since my 30s trying to stay ahead of the curve. None of my skin care helped with my lips and it was time. Masks definitely helped me feel more comfortable moving forward as I knew I would swell and potentially bruise - and I did both. I took homeopathic arnica ahead, ate pineapple, and had topical liquid arnica for post-procedure. Last pic posted is 2 days out so I am still slightly bruised and swollen but I’m very pleased with the results. It hurt and I don’t love being swollen but the results are worth it and I will absolutely be doing lip injections again. Hopefully I can stretch it to every 6 mo (lasts 4-6).

Nice looking. The first time I had my lip lines and some filler in thinning lips I was bruised for two weeks even with using Arnica. Black ugly bruises - darn. I don't think I bruised that much when I had a FL. Anyway you just don't know when or if you will bruise, but it does go away and boy did it hurt even with topical pain stopper. Ah, the price of beauty.
