Awful, Incompetent, Scummy, Underhanded
Wouldn't recommend at all- I got 1ML of lip filler done here, and I was not happy with my results or experience. After the initial injection of 0.7 ML, I came back for a touch-up appointment of my remaining 0.3ML a few weeks later. I had to wait outside the clinic 45 minutes past my appointment time, and then because she was late she didn't let the numbing cream sit long enough and the procedure was painful.
Additionally, my lips didn't really look all that different after it was all said and done. When I told my friends I had recently had filler done, they all said my lips looked exactly the same. I thought this was normal for my personal anatomy (I started with medium-sized lips, and thought I would need to build up to see better results), until I went to a different, better-rated injector in the city a month after I saw Naz. She knew I had gotten lip filler recently, and examined my lips before she began. That's when she discovered huge lumps of filler on the UNDERSIDE of my lip- ie, to this day, when you flip over my top lip, you can see strange, irregular grooves and bumps of misplaced filler. She pointed these out and explained this was likely why I didn't get proper results- all the filler had been put into the wrong places.
In the end, the second injector gave me the results I wanted for $100 dollars cheaper than Naz charges, with 0 waiting or pain. Definitely look elsewhere for lips, or honestly anything else for that matter- it still pains me when I think about how much money I wasted here. I wouldn't risk it.
I wrote this exact review on google and as of the time of writing, Avebelle made a false claim to google and had it deleted off the web. Their practices are shady, underhanded, and disgusting- after my original review they called me and did not apologize for their trash service, blamed me for having high "expectations" (so laughable), and explained that sometimes lateness happens, as if I'm not paying $600 dollars for a private premium service in which my payment secures my appointment time. And then told me they wished I had called them so that they could have fixed it- as if I would willingly prance back to the woman who managed to botch completely virgin lips! When you pay such a premium price, one that is higher than other comparable clinics in the same area, you expect excellent service from the start, and Avebelle is simply incapable of delivering good injectables or customer service. Avoid this place at all costs.
