I got fillers done by Ahmad Moukalled in Lebanon and I do not recommend him. I discovered him on instagram and people told me about him because he is very hyped here. I originally went in for chin and lip fillers, and I had my appointment at 6pm.
First of all, he is very unprofessional as I waited until 9:30pm to finally see him. There was a huge waiting lign of people (with a small waiting room, people were sitting on the stairs!), and people started getting frustrated at him and his poor secretaries (who could do nothing about it). The worst part is that he did not respect his patients as he let the more "high profile"/friends patients come in before us even thought we had been waiting for far longer. One poor client even left after waiting for hours for her turn and she was very upset to say the least.
The worst part was their lack of accountability when confronted. Him and his secretaries gave a lot of excuses for their behavior instead of straight up apologizing and recognizing that it is not ok. His business is very unorganized and he overbooks his patients : I was not the only one given the 6pm appointment (another person had that same time). When I finally came in he did take the time to listen to me and I felt cared for, and he offered a discount for the waiting time, but that wasn't okay to me as I felt extremely uncomfortable and disrespected to begin with.
His results are okay and natural but it was absolutely not worth it due to his business practices. I then came in few days later for my lips touch up and I witnessed something very upsetting to say the least. The person in charge of putting numbing cream with a q-tips on the patients was applying from the jar of cream and then on the lips of the patient. But she then re-dipped the same end of that q-tip in the jar of numbing cream which is (at best) very unsanitary. When I mentioned the incident to the doctor, he told me that she did not do that and that she "changed the end of the q-tip", it was very upsetting to hear him make excuses for it as this is not what I saw. To sum up even though the results are okay I will not be coming back and I do not recommend

Note: I have recently added photos of myself to visually show you the unevenness in my cheeks that were visible and looked unnatural. They also hide negative comments on google maps because people are not able to see my comment anymore
My appointment was early and when I got there, there was barely 2 ppl in front of me, I thought great, I wont wait that long.
I got in 2 hours later after waiting outside on the stairs. People kept showing up and passing in front of me, apparently their appointment was earlier.
Once u get in his office he has next to his desk a screen with a set of cameras that are situated in the waiting room (and stairs) that he keeps staring at.
As soon as I sat in, he asked me what was my issue, which I thought was so rude as a 1st introduction, especially 2 hours later. Anyways move on. I tell him, and he suggests his thing which I disagree with but still go ahead with the lip fillers.
I immediately got an oedema in my upper lips on the left side.
He kept repeating that this disproportionate swelling was the result of the oedema. By the time he finished I was completely bruised, which happens, ok.
He then asks for his pay, tells me to wear my mask and thank you bye literally.
My mum that was with me told me he was staring at the cameras while he was doing my lips and she wasnt feeling so well about him the whole time.
This guy is so arrogant and just obsessed with the fact that so many women line up to see him.
He even told me I should consider myself lucky I only waited 2 hours !
2 weeks later, my upper oedema resolves but my lower lip is just catastrophic. I reached out to him through WhatsApp and later instagram as it was always his secretary that kept responding 24 hour later.
He never got back to me and his secretary told me i had an allergy and that I should get a cortisone injection and take pills for 4 days and that it would resolve on it's own.
I decided to go see another dr immediately that just showed me what I was afraid of: how poor the work was with different size balls on each side of my lips. One so high and double the size of the other whixh was so low you would see it under my mouth, towards the chin! Weird.
I ended up dissolving the whole thing and did them from scratch with another dr.
Please do not be fooled by Instagram.
This guy is arrogant, materialistic, and hes not even good unless you want to look like a deformed **.
He surely cant deal with criticism and will not get back to you.
