Fillers by Ahmad Moukalled - Do Not Recommend

I got fillers done by Ahmad Moukalled in Lebanon and I do not recommend him. I discovered him on instagram and people told me about him because he is very hyped here. I originally went in for chin and lip fillers, and I had my appointment at 6pm. First of all, he is very unprofessional as I waited until 9:30pm to finally see him. There was a huge waiting lign of people (with a small waiting room, people were sitting on the stairs!), and people started getting frustrated at him and his poor secretaries (who could do nothing about it). The worst part is that he did not respect his patients as he let the more "high profile"/friends patients come in before us even thought we had been waiting for far longer. One poor client even left after waiting for hours for her turn and she was very upset to say the least. The worst part was their lack of accountability when confronted. Him and his secretaries gave a lot of excuses for their behavior instead of straight up apologizing and recognizing that it is not ok. His business is very unorganized and he overbooks his patients : I was not the only one given the 6pm appointment (another person had that same time). When I finally came in he did take the time to listen to me and I felt cared for, and he offered a discount for the waiting time, but that wasn't okay to me as I felt extremely uncomfortable and disrespected to begin with. His results are okay and natural but it was absolutely not worth it due to his business practices. I then came in few days later for my lips touch up and I witnessed something very upsetting to say the least. The person in charge of putting numbing cream with a q-tips on the patients was applying from the jar of cream and then on the lips of the patient. But she then re-dipped the same end of that q-tip in the jar of numbing cream which is (at best) very unsanitary. When I mentioned the incident to the doctor, he told me that she did not do that and that she "changed the end of the q-tip", it was very upsetting to hear him make excuses for it as this is not what I saw. To sum up even though the results are okay I will not be coming back and I do not recommend
