Dr. Avaliani is an Expert at Facial Balancing with Botox and Fillers

I would highly recommend Dr. Avaliani's practice to anyone in the NYC area looking for aesthetic services. I have been going to her for a few years now and I have always had a positive experience with her and her team. She has great bedside manny - funny and personable, professional, and caring. Dr. Avaliani is incredibly skilled at what she does - she has an unparalleled aesthetic eye, she expertly places a little filler, Sculptra, and Botox here and there for "Facial balancing" and it's truly improved my appearance by so much without making me look "overdone" or unnatural. I had botox for masseters which helped to slim down my face, lip filler (restylane kysse) to add volume and correct some asymmetry that bothered me, sculptra for nasolabial folds to restore volume, and chin filler. Her injection techniques is very gentle and you can tell how much of an expert on facial anatomy she is because her injections pretty much don't cause any pain or bruising. I am thrilled with the results and I always leave her office feeling confident and beautiful!
I also really appreciate how Dr. Avaliani isn't afraid to say "No" if I request a treatment that she doesn't think I need. These days it can be really hard to find a truly ethical medical aesthetic provider who prioritizes patient wellbeing over the $$$, so I am always grateful for Dr. Avaliani's commitment to ethical patient care and her honesty. I feel so privileged to have Dr. Avaliani as my aesthetic doctor - she truly is an expert and I trust her 100%!
