Bad lip filler - still lumpy 7 months later

I went to Melissa at the deep blue location in garden city for lip filler and Botox. It was my first time going for injectables. When I went for my follow up appt a month later she said everything looked great. Since I was new to injectables I believed her but they were lumpy then and they are still lumpy 7 months later. More than anything I'm annoyed that she didn't take the time to fix her work at the follow up. The Botox that I got with her was also not that. effective. I have since found another Botox provider that is cheaper and provides a better result.
