I dreamed of bigger, more proportion lips for years now

Hello everyone!
It’s been almost 3 months now.
My scar around my lips is bigger in the middle and a bit in the side for the upper lip. For the bottom lip the scar wasn’t all along the lips, it is in the middle without the corners. The scar here is bigger in the centre too but as it curls down it’s not really visible.
The scar is whitening but as I massage it with cream it regain some pink in it (more in the centre upper part).
I noticed that my upper lip isn’t centred and one side is going more down than the other which is higher. I can see it in pictures, in real life it’s not really visible so I’m not mad about it.
My coordinate Derya ask me some photos to see the process, so I sent her pics and told her it wasn’t centred and one side higher than the other. Then she ask the surgeon and he told me to buy scaring cream at the pharmacy and when it will be completely healed if I want I can go back to Istanbul and he can retouch it with local anaesthesia. I’m glad they consider how I’m scaring after the surgery and propose me a solution for it and not just deny it and let me live with it. Good point for them here.
So I’ve put the scaring cream and massage it. I brought cicalfate from Avène, I don’t know if it’s good or not (the pharmacologist give it to my mom as I wasn’t there) we’ll see with time but I can see some improvement for massaging it (I can’t really tell for the cream for now), some blood vessels appeared into the middle part of the scar (where it was more withering and bumpier) yay!
I still can’t smile with a big smile and show my teeth a lot but it’s ok, it’s not bothering me (and before I had a bit of a gummy smile so it definitely doesn’t bother me at all).
As I said in my previous post I had piercings (above the middle part of upper lip and below the bottom lip in the middle) so maybe those bumps I had previously made my scar looking bigger (as he cut just in it leaving a bit of a bump), but I don’t know, I suppose it did something to the scar. I talked a lot too and I think this stretched my scar, this is why I don’t have the V shape in the vermillion just as after the surgery.
But anyways here is my scar and I just let the time heal it properly, massaging it will improve it I think so I’m hopeful and as I can’t see that the upper lips is going down from a side in real life I’m ok with the shape for now, we’ll see with time if I need to correct it or not. Hope for the good!

I wanted to add a bit more here.
For the first appointment I was a bit scared, and stressed because I flew to Istanbul, Turkey, in an other country with people that didn’t talk my first language. I came alone with anyone, so it was a bit of all feelings here, I was between excitement, scarceness, and shyness so I forgot a bit about what to ask him.
I forgot to ask about the shapes of the chin implant and how is it put in, like with screws or how? I told them my chin is going a bit forward sometimes because of the gap between my teeth so they told me they will put a small chin implant. And the scar is under the chin. It surprised me a bit because some surgeon do the incision in the mouth to be scarless, as he do Bella eyes in endoscopic and with an incision in the hair to not be visible it was a bit surprising to me but anyways I didn’t say anything. (I’m a shy person sometimes..)
I forgot to precise that I wanted my eyes to be as much as possible lifted up in almond eyes..
I don’t say my eyes are bad, they are nice and pretty but as it goes day by day it is going down, it’s not bad at all because it’s more natural than before but I’m afraid it will go down more and I will not see so much difference than before.. I hope my eyes are now settled and will stay like they are now because they are natural and pretty. Time will tell. Hope for the good! But overall it’s a good experience. I will update more.

My lips are healing well, it’s more of a round shape now, more of what I wanted so it’s good.
I had previously (4 years ago now) a lip tattoo that wasn’t so well done so this is why it’s more coloured on the outer part of my lips.
I still can’t smile a lot or laugh but it isn’t painful.
I put aquafor on my lips and on the scars and I see improvements. You can buy it in pharmacy. I had piercings on the top and bottom lips so when he did the lip lift they disappeared (he cut just above the hole) but I had still a bump where was the start of the piercing (the piecing did me like a bump even before any surgery), so the ointment (aquafor) is really helpful because these bumps as less visible.
