I lost a lot of weight and decided to get a tummy...
It was not a bad procedure. Knowing how much skin was removed. I had to ware a tight garment around my tummy and I went back to the gym in about 2 wks or 10 days!
My tummy is flat and I can feel my hip bones which I never could and dr lifted my private area and that was another area I never saw!! Funny talking about this! All I can say is I love my results
When you hate your body and do something to change it you work hard to keep it that way! And that is why the gym is so important to me.
That is important when having a procedure done you must have a gym that you love this will only help you in keeping his work looking the best
I still need a little lypo in the mid section and that I will get down the line but my tummy is flat and I am so very happy!

All I can every say about Dr Rayfield . I am in all ! And he does a great belly button! LoL !!! His staff is so very helpful! I did go to the gym . But I only did what he said I could, His work speak for itself. He has been a surgeon for 30 yr And his experience is why I went to him! His bedside manner was great. As I said before! I am in all I just want to add that this practice is the best around. Dr. Rayfield is my doctor of choice just because he has been with me from the start and Being embarrassed of my weight you really don't want to show too many what you look like.and most important his technical skills his incisions you cannot even see and he's great! But I am so very grateful for all that he's done. With that being said . His associate Dr. Feldman is also a great doctor ! Best practice and I should know
