4 Months Out

I am all healed up and the infection is gone! I have to say I feel really good. My neck pain is almost gone and my breathing is better. I would say it was worth it. The only problem I'm having is the scarring. I am using scar creams, but the scars are pretty bad. I'm hoping they will soften and fade over time, but as of now they don't seem to be. If I had to do it again, I would. The pain was minimal and I feel so much better now.

8 Weeks Post Op

I have had some issues with the bottom of my breast where the "t" meets. Some staph infection and redness. My body seems to be rejecting the stitches so I've gotten little bumps on the skin where a stitch is about to pop out. It's not painful, just a little uncomfortable. As of now, I have pretty think, dark scars under my breasts, but I'm hoping to be able to use the silicone strips soon to soften the scars. All in all I've had a pretty good recovery. I think my scars are getting better and better, just taking a bit longer than I had anticipated.

What is this?

3 weeks post op today. Pain is minimal and I returned to work early. Tonight I looked at my incision and saw this white spot. I feel fine. Should I be worried?
