Drains are out!

WORTH IT$10,000
Drains have been removed! I am a free woman! The drains were bugging me so bad, I could not go another day with them in. One of the drains were pinching a nerve in my groin and I had trouble moving around. Results are looking great and recovery is good as well. My scar aches a little though, hopefully that's normal. I've uploaded some pics today.

I've researched all surgeons with great ratings (and been to several consultations). When I came across Dr. Crofts page, I couldn't believe how amazing his work was. When I came in to meet with him, he took his time to answer my questions, and started a conversation asking me about my hobbies, etc. It caught me off guard because I've never had a surgeon take the time to know me before. His nurse, Andrea and the rest of his staff are so wonderful every time I come in. I knew Dr. Crofts was my guy. I am about 4 weeks out and my recovery and results have been amazing. My tummy tuck scar is very thin and low. My life is forever changed. Thank you Dr. Crofts!

So so swollen

Today I am so swollen, I can barely eat because it's just too tight! I tried on one of my tight dresses today and it looked so good! Funny because it was sitting in the pile of clothes that's supposed to go to storage before I planned on getting a tt. I am able to sit up straight but not yet stand. Drains are a pain in the butt! They hurt! I feel that once they are out, i will be 100% so I'm just waiting.

2nd Post Op Appointment

Today I had my second post op appt and all is well. I finally had a bowel movement and took a shower. Today, I feel great! I took my son to the doctors and I went to look at apartments. I'm till hunched over and it hurts my bck but nothing too bad. I started taking ibuprofen instead of Percocet today but still need my muscle relaxer. Here is a pic of my belly at the appointment. I'm still super swollen.
