Dr Alkon is so professional and informative, he actually gives you so much information that there's absolutely no room for questions. I'm a registered nurse and I've worked with plenty of Dr. He's young and smart as a whip with kinda of an old school swag. His office is modern with freaking fresh flowers, and that staff he has to assist him....they are simply "amazing" I'm so pleased with my results. Before the jp drains were removed I felt free and uninhibited. I'm upset that I didn't have the courage to do this a long time ago. Thank you Dr. Alkon

Thanks for posting a review. I just had a consult with him a few days ago and a tummy tuck and lipo of waist/flanks. did you have to get muscle repair? How's the pain, and how does your scar look. I'm worried about the pain and scar. It's making me hesitant, but I really want to have it done.
I had the muscles repaired. Standing upright was a struggle for about a week. But it was that liposuction of the upper and lower back that left me so tender, you have to lay back on a pillow gingerly. It's worth the pain I love my new look. My scar is low and minimal

Lol I used all my prescribed percocet b/c my movement felt restricted and it helped. He gives you a scolpolamine patch behind your ear prior to surgery for the nausea and gas. I awoke from surgery numb I still don't completely feel my belly button down to my surgical scar. It's more like severe soreness when you work out
I am 3 days post op - had mini tummy tuck and lipo of flanks waist and upper back. The pain is very little, he binds you up very well so you get a lot of midsection support. I can't see the scar yet but it's so low that I don't care at all. Really liked everything about the Dr and his staff.
How are you getting around? You walking upright yet?
I have a consultation with him in October. I'm getting so much information from Real Self. Please keep us posted on your progress.

21 days tomorrow and all is well. I still have a small open area from my last drainage tube that I cover daily. and my stitches are going to be removed from my navel tomorrow. So pleased with my results, flatttttt tummy and no more back fat

I am just wondering how long I am goin to need help. My kids are still young. How far out was ur surgery from the time that u met with dr alkon? Another dr wanted to charge me extra for a pain reliever that they use while in surgery tksss for all info
After meeting him I was scheduled maybe two months after.

I had a hernia repair and TT I was out 21/2 hours. Good luck with everything
Oh and I had liposuction of my upper and lower back lol
