Hardly visible scar.

Dr. Alkon kept the tape on my incision for two weeks after the surgery and once he removed it I was very pleased with the scar since it's hardly noticible considering it has onle been about two weeks

Still swollen

Today is day three after surgery and honestly I feel really good! Still very swollen, but no longer on pain. In fact I only taking the antibiotics and no longer taking the pain medication (Vicodine). Day one and two were painful specially in the mornings when I woke up for some reason. Since they are still swollen it's hard for me to really get a good use of the final results yet, but I do like what I see do far.

The morning after...

So I did absolutely eveything I thought I had to do to get ready for my surgery yesterday. Surgery was scheduled for 9:30 and I had to be in hospital at 7AM. So I got up took a shower got ready and left the house to make it to the hospital at exactly 6AM. I must have been told about 20 times not to drink or eat anything prior to the surgery by both the Docors office and the hospital. Even the morning they kept asking to make sure and I said NOPE! Well when the nurse came to put in the IV it suddenly hit me... "I had a cup of water this morning" everydoby was like "WHAT?"

Ofcourse the anesthesiologist refuse to put under at this point and needless to say the doctor was not very happy, but Ofcourse neither was I. I have no idea what I was thinking when I had that cup of water, but I did not want to reschedule that surgery. So Dr. Alkon and the anesthesiologist decided to move my surgery to a later time to help me flush out the water and the new time was 1PM

I was hungry and thirsty, but had to put up with my punishment for being so careless. So at 12:55 the doctor came and in to the surgery room I went. I don't remement much after that, but when I woke up they were exacly what I was hoping for. of course I am currently extrmely swollen and a little pain starting, but I'm gonna start taking the meds this morning to help with that.

I got home around 7PM yesterday and rested all day so I had no need for the meds until this morning. I hardly eat anything yesterday, but was feeling nasea and did vomit a couple of times. Today I feel a little pain, but no nasea and I am looking forward the recovery cause I'm only off till Monday.
