Hello all my BBL buddies in Cyberspaace...I want...
Hello all my BBL buddies in Cyberspaace...I want to thank u all and shout out ALL the Brave women that went through with the BBL....this procedure is not a joke! I decided to give my review after Having ALREADY done the Surg....as it eliminates all the TENSION in my mind.....Let me start by saying initially I was all on the Florida idea because it appears the level of skill and costs makes sense! Until I did my Homework and realized...HELL TO THE NO....having a nice booty is nice BUT...Im not so VAIN as to die doing it....while there are no guarantees in life, We control our destinies to some degree when we make a BAD choice that can cost our lives. Dont get me wrong Im not here to talk anyone into or out of anything, Just to take this procedure serious- period.
I am an RN in NY and have spent 10 + Yrs in the Operating room and now the ER....Im very aware of the surgical process. However I still thought Dr. Fisher @ Vanity was a Mastered BBL force in Miami! So I went for it! Paid my 1,000 and sent off my labs. Well that came to a roaring end 1 wk before my Surg date when he had one of his staff, that spoke very poor english call me saying ,"Dr. Thinks its not safe for you." Well, I asked...WHY not? My cardiologist and medical Drs cleared me and the only condition I have is high blood pressure that is well under control..for years now! This unknown staff NEVER gave me a reason just stuck to...he doesnt feel safe. WELL Praise God! Because I had been uncomfortable about the whole situation anyway, praying, lightening candles and asking God to give me CLEAR DIRECTION!! How much clearer could that have been! I have 2 kids and Divorced...my kids are my world....how embarrassing dying to have a big butt! Well I told her Im not mad! Im happy..didnt feel comfy flying down there dealing with RH etc...no bueno...and I took that as a sign from God to keep this flat ass home and find a local Dr. to help me make it Twerk--up in here!
Let me also add that I think the truth... is after 1 or 2 MDs in that office were recently suspended, They probably gave my spot away because I refused to pay anymore until I spoke to Fisher personally for his opinion. Im so Glad they only got 1k out if me and not the whole 5k....and I was also able to cancel my flight without penalty. Til now I never heard from Vanity nor my 1k Deposit!
Prior to them cancelling my procedure...I called several recovery Homes in FL and I got a broad range of prices, Stories and deals. One spot...the newest ultra modern one....told me NOT TO USE FISHER! He is too unreliable and offered me a better MD that would squeeze me in the same week of Fishers appt. Well, I was NOT comfortable picking a last minute MD...although I DID appreciate them ALL FOR trying to hook me up with someone they felt was better and more reliable, keeping in constant contact with all his patients any hour day or night. But I declined...to much hocus pocus and mass CONFUSION! Im trying to live to shake this azz not die and lay on it eternally...not now anyway!!!
Needless to say, I had my surGery done with the Coolest, MD here in Linden NJ...Dr. Alkron!!! 1 wk after my Fisher fiascal...Yes, he is a few Dollars more but ALL procedures are done in a Hosptal and I felt so secure that they had my back if [RS bleep] hit the fan!! And my BOOTIE is off the hook! My initial measurements...5'2 155lbs..my hips are now a 44 and he put 1,200 ml in each cheek PLUS he did my hips...I think 170 per Side....Im loving it and hope it stays right there! But the flipside...its painful as hell...staying off your butt for 3 weeks is the hardest thing I ever did...wow! I didnt realize how often I really used this AZZ!! Im struggling having folks drop me to the store laying sideways...and banging my head...[RS bleep] I hope I dont give myself a concussion...this is bananas! And this tight ass FAJA!! I want to cut this crap off and fling it in the garbage! Its hard to wear, with the board...OMG! Crazy!
Also there were times My temp was elevated...pressure got funny and I felt like fainting! Hydrate, Hydrate, hydrate!!!! My face even blew up like a balloon and my heart rate was almost 115bpm....I had to CALL for advice! Thank God Dr. Alkon picked up did not rush me and said it was all normal. Ladies, This is not to be taken lightly! My mom was with me the whole time....make sure YOU BRING someone who CARES and is not Lazy! There was a time my mom just sat and watched me sleep!
Today I had my first massage right in Dr.Alkrons office with Isabella...And she was GREAT!...Very informative and prepared with the right equipment....
So Thank God for Pointing me in the right direction!! And that was to KEEP MY ASS HOME AND FIND a local MD! While having my massage today 2 other Ladies were talking about 2 ladies that died last week from this procedure...1 in D.R. and Another in Columbia...The massage Therapist advised me to drink plenty of pineapple juice...water...gatorade....and to buy Manuka Honey 15+ Strength for sores u may obtain...it cost me 30 bucks....
I also bought very little...Dr.Alkron provides the 1st faja and 2 massages in his price...My concern is living and having this fat survive the 1st 3 wks...so i have Boppy pillows...laxatives...all above Drinks including...salads...my Turbo juicer and juicing fresh pineapple, spinach..grapes...anyfruits or veggies..arnica pills/gel...vitamin C....Bromelain 500mg, Benadryl for itching and u will use it! Plenty of chucks and towels for the leakage sites.
One more note I requested DRAINSx2...u need them to suck out that fluid....or else you will be soaked on a constant! Even with the drain its just a leaky mess! Today is day 5 for me and Im feeling alot of soreness and continue with a low grade fever of 99.2...so Im a long way from healed but being HOME with Family and a RELIABLE DR. has made this journey much EASIER....God bless u all..

He was awesome...realistic...gave me more tgen I asked for and I feel so comfortable with him! I recommend him to anyone that is seriously concerned about surviving a BBL...and giving u a bootie big enough to TWERK...Wink...wink!
