I'm looking to get a bbl n breast lift I would...
I'm looking to get a bbl n breast lift I would like to know if anybody have gotten these procedures done at once n if so what should I expect? I have a consultation with Dr Alkon at the end of June 2016 n I'm excited. Would like some information on what should I expect if I go through with this surgery, thanks

Who did your extended tummy tuck and r u happy with your results . I'm in need of tummy tuck and BA.im scheduled to meet dr alkon as well on june 20th

Hi I did my tummy tuck with dr Gartner in Paramus nj to be honest it's not that great I went to him because a friend of mine went to him n her results were great he didn't do as much Lipo as I wanted him to do on my back n my stomach never got as flat as I expected the only thing he did do was take my kangaroo sack out when I asked for pictures of what he took out he said he could provide that for me this is why I'm going to dr Alkon for my bbl n ba I wish I would had found him two yrs ago

Ok, so the people in the office are very nice. The fee is $110 for the consult. Dr. Alkon is going to explain and explain and it may seem like he is discouraging but he just wants you to know the good the bad and the ugly. I went to a few consults before him. They made it sound like Disney. " You can be at work and fine in two weeks". Then I got on RS and saw that some were going back to work in two weeks with a drain and still hunched! Hmmm...maybe not a 10 day Christmas vaca kinda surgery the way I was told by others!!! All of his prices are posted. You discuss what you want...need and the office manager comes and discusses pricing. I liked that his prices are posted on his website. Other docs just come up with a number. He will check for hernias and really sensitively take a look at you. Real robes, not paper or hospital gowns! Made me feel good to have some substance covering my flub a dub. He will look at your medical stuff very carefully and tell you what he needs as far as medical clearance. I know some people get upset because if a patient needs to lose weight to get better results, he will say so. He wasn't all smiley smiley like a used car salesman, trying to get me to do more. Others, were more smiley and chatty but kept trying to add stuff that I didn't want. He didn't. He feels and pokes and has a more quiet confidence. He has an instagram, that is a neat way to see what he's all about. The ladies up front will guide you through, set your dates, help you arrange everything. I had my surgery date, my preop appointment set up and some directions as far as timeline...as well as my hernia repair set up by about two weeks after my initial visit with him. I loved the way they helped me set everything up. It is a $500 non refundable fee to set your date. My sister, paid Dr. Franckle $1000, to book her. She had to cancel for foot surgery and lost it all. So, $500 isn't so bad. $110 is from the consult . If he thinks that you have a hernia he will want you to get it checked. I was skeptical. I went to my family doctor and sure enough, HERNIA. They will fix it then as well. I will keep you posted as things unfold. By the time you have your consult, I will, HOPEFULLY , be done and able to really be informative.

I have a feeling he's going to tell me to lose some weight, for my height I am over my weight but I like being thick I'm good with my weight. I'm not looking to be Barbie I just want to have a bigger booty that's all let see what he tells I will keep u posted thanks

He will look at your BMI for your weight and also see how your weight is distributed. I too, am not the "right weight". If he doesn't think that it will look good enough to satisfy you and make it worth your pain and money and his rep, he will ask you to lose weight. He saw my friend, soon after me, and asked her if she could lose a certain number of pounds for "best results". I am not sure if I texted that before. It's no biggie. From what I read, they turn people down outright in DR and women try to get to a certain weight before their consult or they won't even be considered. Some surgeons, seem to do it regardless of weight. I rather be told, than be mad when my stuff, that I paid for and suffered through, is jacked up. I understand the Barbie thing. I'm trying to protect my boobage and the little butt that I do have! I don't want a BBL because fat doesn't want to go to my butt at all now, no matter how much weight I gain, what chance do transplanted fat cells have living in a hostile ass. But I am trying to trim down because I want it to look good. I can't feel like all of my hard earned, single parent money and all that pain was not worth it. I want to do my part.

Yeah I had spoken to the doctor via email he did tell me to bring my Bmi from 37.4 to 35 so I'm trying to do that now before I go see him n yes I too rather the doctor be honest then me being bad later

I got a breast reduction/restructuring after nursing my son for 2 years. They hung low and pointed south. It is about 8 years and they still point northish and are perky. I did not need implants. They were full, and its like he moved the fat around and cut off skin, and moved my nipple to raise it all up. My insurance paid for it because my dr and chiropractor said that was why my back and neck hurt..."pendulum weight." Dr. Garber in Voorhees, NJ at Garber P.S. did my girls. I was thrilled with his work. I was sad that I did not get lipo on the sides though. I didn't know how it would look. They look great, but under the armpit, jiggliness messes up the look. If I can get the funds together, I am going to ask Dr. Alkon if he can do it for me. I did not go back to Garber for my tummy tuck because although his breasts are great, I did not like the tummy tuck pics much. He is good though. I noticed, that some doctors are better at some things than other things. I think that is important to take notice of and look at the pics carefully. Some docs have a rounder looking tummy tuck and the waist is not really pulled in as much. Some have flatter topped breasts...you have to look. It's like- their style.

Hi I want to say yes your breasts do go down in size with a lift because of the extra skin from sagginess the dr is removing. I decided to add implants to my breast lift just because I wanted fullness. Whatever you decide I'm sure you will love the results. Best wishes
