Feeling better everyday, still no real pain. Still get tired really quickly, hoping that is normal. I love how high and firm they are, feel like I never want to wear a bra again!! Still boxy looking, especially the left, is that normal for awhile? Just seems they are very flat on the bottom and stretch to far to the underarm area....??

You are healing nicely and it will be some time before everything settles.....it took a while for me to feel OK with the size, shape, etc. Oh, and my first summer was a braless summer just because I COULD!! This summer I'm back to wearing one though it is sooo much softer than the wire ones I used to wear.

P.s If it makes you feel any better, take a look at your before and after side view pics and you can see that your side crease is actually the same length toward your underarm. The shape of our breasts are going to be similar to how they were before the reduction......just a little smaller....

Drain tubes out today!! Didn't really hurt at all. Pain is still very minimal. Still tired and exhausted after being out and about for half the day. Love the shape from the side already!! Very bruised but very little swelling. The bottom from the front is still uneven and not smooth? Does it take a while for them to settle and get to your final, normal shape?

So surgery went well, no nausea and virtually no pain afterwards. Just very tired. When I went in for my check the next morning he was concerned that my left nipple looked dark and badly bruised so he admitted me to the hospital that night for nipple checks and had them apply nitro paste to the nipple to dilate the vessels and promote blood flow. Had great sensation in it but was worried about the bruising. Wasn't happy I had to stay, but got to go home Friday. Haven't been taking anything for pain but I am still very tired and just not 100%. Is this normal? I go back for a check up tomorrow and hopefully get my drain tubes out. There is a small pink area on the bottom of my left nipple that looks like maybe a stitch came out or something, so I will address that with him tomorrow. Loving my smaller, perkier boobs and I haven't had a neck ache since the procedure-so pretty happy with that!! Just hoping the fatigue goes away soon

You sound like you are on the right track. Our body has been through a drastic operation and the exhaustion is normal. Go with it and allow yourself to take it easy. Don't over do it even though you might not feel any pain, it would be a big mistake to think that you can resume your normal activities. I too had a stich come out around my nipple which I posted pictures of. It has since healed very nicely so don't worry too much about that. Glad to hear you are doing so well!!
