I have always been self conscious about my boobs, I was a 32A at most not even filling it...I started living a healthier life, I work out 5 times a week and after a year into my new fitn and improved lifestyle I noticed that my boobs where nowhere to be found!!! Not even a pushup bra was helpful. So after considering doing the procedure for 2 years I started to take things seriously, once I saved the money. I knew that I wanted to have my surgery done by the same Dr. that did my rhino, he is such an amazing Dr. with natural results (just what I wanted). I asked a friend that had the procedure done with the same Dr. and I was amazed by the results, so I reserved an appointment and was all set.
We talked for hours and I brought pictures (mostly Kate Hudson, Cameron Diaz, Candice Swanapoel and Nicole Richie) to show him what I wanted: a natural and proportionate look to fill better my bras and bikinis and to feel more feminine and curvy. He showed me pictures of his patients and we decided that under the muscle (dual plane) was a better fit for me, since I didn't have much breast tissue. I tried on sizers and decided on 225 HP round memory Gel Mentor implants.
Weeks after my surgery I was debating between sizes, wether to go smaller or larger, so I decided to relax and let my surgeon did his magic. He brought to the OR a size smaller and a size bigger and tried what looked better on me. Trust me on this one, if you are debating between sizes, choose the larger one, the difference between 225cc and 250 cc was minimal! I kinda have boobie greed but a larger implant would not fit my frame.
I wont say it didn't hurt, cause it did. But I don't regret a thing. The first 3 days I was so sore and trippy for the anaesthesia and medicines that I barely remember anything. I couldn't eat and do thing by myself, so my mom was really helpful and stayed with me all the time.
The worst part for me was getting the drains removed and not being able to use normal clothes for a while, I lived in plaid button shirts and blouses. I had the band for 2 weeks and then my Dr. Said that I no longer needed it.
At day 4 I started felling better and doing my things slowly. I was cleared to start lower body workouts at 1 month mark and upper body at 3 months. Now Im 2 months post op and I am felling great! no pain whatsoever just a little nipple numbness in my right breast, I can sleep on my side, I can carry and lift things. I love trying new bras and bikinis and currently a 32C or 32D depending the bra.
I decided to do this review because there is little to no info for girls wanting implants in the smaller range (Im talking about 300cc and under) if you have any questions just let me know!

Your implants look great!
I'm 5"3, 115 lbs and got 275cc's, under the muscle, medium profile, mentor round gels. I am 5 weeks post op today. Glad you posted this. It is hard to find women who've chosen a smaller size. I think we made the right choice.

Hi, thanks for sharing your story! Can I ask what your BWD was? As I have a very similar frame to you & want to see if the size you went for would be best for me too! Thanks xx

Hey! Sure my BWD was 10.5 -11, if that makes sense. My around contour (below the breast) is 27". I think that you cant go wrong with smaller size implants :)

6 Months post op

I am nearly 6 months post op and everything has turned out great!! My boobs dropped and fluffed at about 4 months. My right breast is still a little numb, but my doctor says I will regain my pre op sensitivity at the one year mark. I can train and do my regular workout routine, although I stopped training chest because it feel SO WEIRD.
I am currently a 32C bra, Im pretty happy with the results they fit my frame perfectly, I can play them to be super low key at work or wear a push up bra to make them pop, but if I have to choose again I would deff go for the 250cc....
My scars are barely noticeable my doctor did a remarkable job, I will try to upload a picture soon, one breast is less noticeable than the other though, because one of my stitches became loose at 4 days and I had to get stitched again, but no biggie. I would recommend doing the periareolar incision rather than the crease one, trust me.

So glad you're sharing your experience with us. I think you chose the perfect size implant for your body frame. Congratulations! I would love it if you commented on a forum for women getting smaller than average implant sizes. You're right, it can be hard to find women getting implants under 300ccs. With your petite figure, I think you made a great choice!
