I went to him thinking he was the best doctor for acne scarring after watching his youtube videos. In his videos he looks like the nicest and most caring guy. However, when i met him, he was the most ARROGANT and demoralising human i have ever met, even knowing he was taking my money around 230 aud for a 15 minute consult. He told me I needed to see a psychologist because i apparently i thought my scars were worse than they are. This was very rude considering its MY MONEY I'm paying for A SERVICE , i don't care how bad other peoples are, its for my confidence and no one else's. For this reason he lost 8 sessions from me costing about 1400 aud each, which i will now be paying to another friendly dermatologist. Davin you may be the best in your field, but remember the customer is your business, so i suggest not being a narcisitic, arrogant human and treat us right. The good think is he told me which laser is best to use for my scarring, and now i shall use the same laser with another dermatologist.
