Life Changing Ultimate Breast Lift with Dr. Horndeski. 34 Yr Old Female, No Kids, ER RN
WORTH IT$15,000
Okay ladies… I am officially 4 days post-op, and the fact that I am even writing a review should tell you something because I am NOT a review-writing person. And voluntarily posting pictures of myself during such a vulnerable stage? Definitely not me. But I remember being the woman scrolling through RealSelf, reading every review, studying every picture, and wondering, “Should I actually do this?” So if sharing my experience helps another woman who has been going back and forth like I was, here we go!
I have actually been following Dr. Horndeski since I was about 18 years old. At the time, I lived in New Jersey and he was in Sugar Land, Texas, so this was always one of those procedures I kept in the back of my mind. Once I eventually moved to Houston, I decided I finally had to go for a consultation and learn more about the procedure in person.
Like MANY women considering a breast lift, one of my biggest concerns was SCARS. I did NOT want the traditional anchor scar, and I especially didn't want scars that immediately screamed, “I had a breast lift.”
Before seeing Dr. Horndeski, I consulted with another plastic surgeon and was basically told that getting the kind of lift I wanted without an anchor scar wasn't possible and that I would also need implants to achieve the fullness I wanted.
Nope.
I didn't want implants, and I didn't want to lose the natural breast volume I already had.
For years, I had been insecure about my breasts but also felt somewhat helpless because I didn't like the traditional options available to me. When I first discovered Dr. Horndeski's technique, I also felt like I was too young to actually go through with it. I worried about future breastfeeding, pregnancy, weight gain/loss, and how having surgery now could affect me later in life.
Well ladies… eventually I decided it was time.
My starting size was approximately a 32–34 DDD, depending on the bra brand. My biggest requests were:
• Lift them as high as reasonably possible
• Keep my nipples centered on the breast
• Maintain my natural fullness and breast volume
• NO reduction ; I wanted to stay around the same size
• Preserve upper-pole and side fullness as much as possible
• Keep scarring as minimal and hidden as possible
• And PLEASE… no implants!
From my consultation all the way through surgery day, communication with the office was ON POINT. I never felt like I couldn't reach someone when I had a question, and believe me… I had QUESTIONS. I went into this knowing that no surgery comes with guaranteed perfection and that complications, asymmetry, healing issues, or results you weren't expecting are always possibilities. That's surgery.
But I also spent YEARS looking at Dr. Horndeski's work before I finally trusted him with my body.
And so far? I am genuinely impressed.
One thing I was extremely nervous about was nipple sensation. As of day 4, I still have sensation in both nipples and never completely lost it, which I am very happy about. Obviously, I'm extremely early in the healing process, so I'm not calling anything a “final result” yet.
And THAT is probably the biggest thing I want other women considering this procedure to understand:
Your breasts at 4 days, 2 weeks, or even a few months are NOT necessarily your final breasts.
Right now mine are swollen, HARD, tight, sitting HIGH, and basically doing their own thing. This early stage is not cute and glamorous. Healing requires PATIENCE.
Pain-wise, I am now 4 days post-op and have already stopped taking Norco. I've transitioned to Tylenol and my prescribed muscle relaxer as needed. The first few days were definitely uncomfortable, but for me personally, it has been manageable.
I also want to address something because I read the negative reviews too. Some women have shared that they weren't happy with their results, and I think their experiences deserve to be heard just like the positive ones. No surgeon has a 100% satisfaction rate, and every body, anatomy, healing process, and expectation is different.
One thing I learned through this process is that you need to be VERY specific about what you want. Bring pictures. Ask questions. Talk about breast size, projection, nipple placement, fullness, scars, cleavage, ALL OF IT. And then let the surgeon tell you what is actually realistic for your anatomy.
I've seen some women after this procedure who genuinely look like they have implants when they don't, which is AMAZING, but we also can't expect every woman's natural tissue and body structure to create the exact same result.
For me, this wasn't an impulsive decision. This was something I had researched and thought about for years.
And so far, my experience has been GREAT.
I am only 4 days post-op, so I'm going to keep this review updated as everything settles and changes because I want this to be an honest timeline, not just a “OMG I LOVE THEM” review four days after surgery. I'll post updated pictures throughout the healing process and I'm happy to answer questions from anyone considering the procedure.
If you've been researching this technique forever like I was, at the very least GO GET THE CONSULTATION. Ask every question you've been scared to ask and find out whether you're actually a candidate.
As for me… I'm officially on the other side now. ????
Now comes the hardest part: being patient and letting these girls HEAL.
I'll keep y'all updated!
