Body Lift!

3 month post bodylift. Healing is going well ! Pretty much back to normal activities. I do still have swelling, tightness in the abdomen and hardded incision line, but that is all normal so just pushing through and listening to my body so I don't overdo it.

My experience from the start was better than I could have imagined, the entire process exceeded my expectations.
