In my 50 years with tetracycline stained teeth I had tried other whitening systems, with little to no change other than making my teeth very sensitive. Kor is a commitment, but the change was dramatic-- I took my first selfie, smiling happily with my very white teeth. The sensitivity was minimal, only enough to discourage me from biting my nails, lol. I avoided the "zingers" by using Colgate Sensitive Pro-Relief (only available online from the UK) in my pre-whitening trays for a couple of weeks prior to my first in office treatment.
For Dr. West, at West Family Dentistry in Liberty Hill, I was her first Kor patient, but with her perfectionism and generosity of time, I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. She was careful to cover not only my gums, but also exposed root prior to whitening to assure a pain-free experience. You will need to stick with an at-home maintenance routine if you want to keep that dazzling white smile. I do still drink coffee, tea, red wine, and soda through a straw, rinsing after.

Is there a chance that the tetracyline stain will come back or just the coffee and red wine stains?
Congratulations! Fantastic that you were able to get results with KoR.
Please consider showing us (anonymous) before/after pictures of your smile. Tetracycline staining is the bane of whitening's existence, and very, very few systems work on it. We realize that the results won't be perfect, but others with tetracycline staining want to know what results they might be able to achieve. We really appreciate all of the information you gave, and the details of how you avoided zingers, and the maintenance. How often will you need to re-whiten at home in order to maintain, and will you have to use KoR?
