I have always had large breast. I was a size A in 5th grade, size C by 8th & have spent the rest of my life with anything from D-E. I like my breast, but had several friends getting implants so I went for a free consult. No, my breast are bad but after nursing two children and age they sag, they've lost volume my D/DD looks like a B/C. The photos the Dr. took of me surprised me, I didn't realize how small they looked from other angles. The front view isn't bad but the side view looks pitiful. Even the Dr. thought he walked in on the wrong person by seeing the photo. I decided I wanted breast....but I go back and forth b/c I am already large and so many people tell me not to, but this is for me and I want them (and my hubby is paying for them) so why not? I've had two consults, both agree I don't need a lift. One says over, the other says under. I have thin sensitive skin so I will probably plan on going under. Trying to get the nerve to ask for the credit card and make my appointment.

You and I have are very similar. I don't have kids but I have ok breast but want nice cleavage and want to be perkier. I had a breast lift last year in May and sad to say it did not give me the look I wanted after time. My surgery is scheduled for 10/1/15 in Miami with Dr Freiman at CG Cosmetics. I keep going back and forth on what CC's. I don't want to be busty but nice and full. Maybe 300-350cc's. Do whatever makes you happy! Good luck on your journey.

Your photos looked good. All I hear is "I wish I went bigger" so I finally did the rice test at home. Initially I was thinking 330-350cc. After the rice test and looking at photos I'm definitely looking more towards the 400cc but I guess that's something I will discuss with my PS. Hopefully he will understand what I want bc I still want a natural look....a natural 20year old. Haha! let me know what size you end up going with. Good luck hope it's everything you want this time.

Thank you. That's my struggle. I want to have the full upper pole and roundness but I don't want to look all busty. My PS is renowned for BA so I'm sure he will know what's right. I will keep you posted ;)

I'm going 80% under 20% over as my dr suggested just wanted to say I did not know that was possible but maybe you should ask if it would give you the look you want as well. I'm almost your exact size I'm a c cup to d cup and our breast look alike with the sagging and small look.

I look at my photos and get depressed. That saggy looking tiny little side boob can't be that same front view. Searching for a "realistic" wish boob photo. Any good suggestions?

I had a consultation with Dr. Dowden and also with Dr. Shantz. Who did you go to? Did you consult any doctors in Lexington?

I went to Dr. Schantz and I really liked him, but the consultation didn't consist of him and I disliked his nurse. I also went to Dr wells in lex and then I went to Dr Vashi in northern KY. I chose Dr Vashi it's a 2 hour drive but it was well worth it. Also they have a special $4900 for silicone and $4200 for saline. That's $2000 less than in Lexington and Dr Vashi has been amazing.

Ok. I've been researching & researching sizes, implants, incisions, technique and it only made me more nervous but I finally called today and scheduled my surgery! Now time to research wish boobs and after care. Time to be excited.

I scheduled with Shantz. The girl that I spoke with last time (Laura) that I felt was rude wasn't there. The girl that scheduled me was so sweet as they should be when taking your money. Haha. So excited.

Yes I had the same experience with her. It's quite deterring when you're paying so much for something and someone is just rude or nasty. But oh my goodness I'm so excited for you!! Keep us posted on what size and profile you choose ;)
Sometimes it helps the community to provide you with feedback if you have some wish boob pictures posted...and any pre op pictures you're comfortable sharing. (Even in a tank top or bra is helpful.) Be sure to comment on member's reviews that you like and find helpful so they can find you and give you advice. Keep us posted as you continue your research!
