Consult: The staff was very friendly. Dr. Turner is very professional and knows how to make patient feel at ease. The consult lasted about an hour and a half. Everything regarding the entire process was discussed, photos taken, and exam.
The first stop was the consult room. The Dr. Went over every aspect of choosing the correct implant type, placement, and size. He answered all the questions I had very throughly. Once that was complete and I felt he had a thorough understanding of what I desired, the nurse took me to the photo room. About 6 pictures were taken at all angles. Once complete, the Doctor reviewed photos in his office. I was then taken to an exam room for a breast exam by the doctor. He came in and examined what he had to work with. He measured and gave recommendations. Once complete, I returned to the consult room where the financial aspects were discussed.

Hi, Welcome to the club! I'm a tall girl too. 5'11, 138lbs, broad shoulders. I just had my surgery a little over a week ago and doing incredibly well. I was able to do 475 moderate plus profile. I was a small a before. I really need to update my profile/review. It was hard for me to find other tall girls that did not go HP. I think slcmama is one and I saw that you commented on dannilonglegs. If I think of anymore, I will let you know.

So glad you commented!!!!!! I would love pictures. What was your desired outcome? I'm so worried I won't go big enough but I'm coming for barely a nipple lol. I breastfed so I know they stretch to a D cup. I'm going to stalk your profile now lol. How do you feel?

475 was the perfect size for me. I myself would probably not go any smaller. They seem huge in work-out clothes, tanks, & bathing suits but conceal well in clothing. I am hoping to be a full D when swelling is down. Currently in a DD. I was probably a full C/ small D when I nursed. Thankfully I had some breast tissue to work with. Sounds like you do as well since you nursed. I did use rice sizers placed in a sports bra for a while to figure out a size I was comfortable with. If you do this, just ensure they are the same diameter as the implant. Good luck with your decision. You're going to rock em.

5'10 145 and going UHP 750's tomorrow.. Gel... I have heard through here you lose about 100cc's going under the muscle. I currently have saline unders 360's after having my 3rd they will never be the same. I picked 750 due to my doctors recommendation and my wish pics. I think you may want to go bigger but its all about what you want. I will post pics starting tomorrow at lunch time to mark my journey....

Good luck!!! Yes, I did the 500cc rice sizers and they look small for my frame. I'm slim but very broad shoulders. I can't wait to see how you look!!!

Almost ready to schedule pre-op!!
My ps doesn't let you try on sizers at consult so I have not been able to get a good idea of size. Being 6'1 and 155lbs, I can carry some big girls! I'm also going under muscle.

I couldn't try on sizers due to the fact I had implants already.. I had to just keep stalking other tall girls and putting 100 Cc's of water in a cup and thinking not a huge difference.. What do I do? I am beyond thrilled I took the risk and went 750... Fit my frame great and I don't look all boobs.. They look fake but good fake!

5'10 145 lbs.. 42 years old and a runner.. I wish I had gone bigger the first time.. If I could have I'd have gone 800 but doctor said 750's perfect.. Ya lose about a 100cc's going under the muscle.. Took a chance an no regrets!! Msg me any time with questions.. Will always be honest!
