I am a mother of two & breast feed both children for 6 months each. I have considered this for years, even before my second child was born. My husband has supported my decision to get my boobs done, so here it goes! Here are my stats: I am 29 years old, 5'3 and 135lbs currently a deflated size C. I gained 60lbs with my last pregnancy & was a large D during pregnancy & breast feeding. Currently my breast are deflated, sagging & I do have stretch marks. I am in the Lexington, KY area, I did my research looked through every plastic surgeons before & after pics I could find in my area. I found Dr. Turner in Lexington KY. My first consultation was one year ago, Dr. Turner & his staff made me feel comfortable & confident with there ability to give me great results. My doctor recommended doing a lift, he said a lollipop or donut lift would be good options for my breast, along with round smooth high profile silicone implants under the muscle. I thought long and hard about my breast lift, questioned if I would rather have less lift & smaller scar (donut lift) or more lift with bigger scar (lollipop lift). I looked at hundreds of pictures & reviews of both kinds of lifts. I found with research that donut lifts can give unpredictable results (even with an amazing surgeon) such as a flattened areola or enlarged areola, also can only allow a 1-2 cm lift. My personal opinion was to just tough it out take the 1 inch vertical scar below my nipple and have a better shaped more lifted breast. Now that all the details are taken care of I am super excited!! I am not certain on what size implant I will have but I told my doctor I would like to be a large D/DD. He will decide during surgery what size will look best on me. Im guessing somewhere between 350 & 400 cc's. My surgery date is October 3rd.
Also I have a 1 year old if anyone has any tips for taken care of baby post op.

Yesterday was my surgery. So far so good. I love the initial look of my breast. The shape looks great to me. My doctor decided on 415cc's in both breast which i think was the perfect size for me.
So yesterday was a bit rough, but that was to be expected. Arrived at the surgical suite at 9am, kissed my hubby goodbye and was taken back to get started. I did wake up in some pain but it wasnt unbearable, just felt like a long dream. I remember my doctor joking with me when I woke up, about putting in a huge implant lol! I thought it was hilarious! He def made me feel comfortable and I'm very happy I choose him as my doctor. I havent worked up the courage to look at my vertical incision yet but I did look around the nipple incision & it looks clean and nice. And my nipples are still my natural color which I was happy to see. I will update again after I take a shower & get to look at the full lollipop incision.

I feel like my nipples are a bit low to have had a lollipop lift. I am hopeful that as my implants drop & fluff they will raise up some. Either way I am happy with the size of them. The pain really hasn't been that bad. It gets better every day.
