I am currently only 3 days away from surgery. I'm starting with 34A bust (34AA in some brands). I am 5'7" tall and 138lb. I've decided to go with 425CC round, smooth, HP silicone unders but I'm scared this will be too small - HELP!! I'm hoping to be a D cup when all is said and done. What do you guys suggest?

Can wait to see your results and I am exactly your size only 20 years older: I dont believe you will be too small as it will be a big change from where you are based on my research and I was considering only doing 280 cc but I am only looking for a large B cup.

I see it's about two years since your surgery. I'm currently looking for input as to who to go to, as I only live an hour from Lewisburg. I was wondering now if you have ant input being it's a significant time since your surgery. Anything you liked about dr.moya? Or anything you would do different?

Got them in today!
I had my surgery today! 425CC both sides. They're tender and tight but not so bad overall!
We will all be thinking about you tomorrow and waiting to hear back from you.
