Yearly update.. things continue to improve
Just a quick update... things have continued to improve, I have been working with a personal trainer 5 days a week for the past year. I stopped all cardio and lift weight almost exclusively... it was scary at first, and went against everything I believed to be true about fitness, but the results speak for themselves!! Wishing everyone success on their journeys ????

With the New Year rapidly approaching, I just wanted to give a quick update and take this opportunity to give thanks for all the positive and amazing things that have happened since my life changing surgery.. I have dedicated this past year to getting into the best shape possible, just because I am approaching 50, I plan on fighting it every step of the way!! I started working with a personal trainer 4 days a week , and reducing my cardio and adding heavy lifting, that did the trick for me! I look forward to 2016, and hope anyone who has just begun this journey will be encouraged, it's not always easy, but it is so worth it!
