WORTH IT$4,659

I had an advanced mini facelift with Mr.Hayter exactally two weeks ago and I'm absolutely thrilled at the results. I'm only 37 years old but after losing weight (but generally being unhappy about my saggy face for years) I decided to go ahead with the lift.
I was really anxious but the whole process was faultless.

I found the Leicester website on the internet but was really motivated to undergo surgery through reading reviews on this site. The cost was £3100

Hi Steph Finally got to see your photos, all I can say is Wow, you do look about 15 years younger, but you still look like you. I am booked for an appointment with Mr Guest in Bristol as you know he has worked with Mr Hayter. The appointment is in April. I shall keep you posted. Wait for the compliments to come flooding in. There is still a small amount of swelling but one massive bonus I've noticed is the fact that my eye bags have also gone! I'm hoping that the tightness around my mouth will ease off soon (it still looks a tiny bit stretched. It's worse first thing in the morning) but on the whole I'm REALLY happy with the results. It's nice to walk past a mirror and actually look how I feel again instead of being shocked by just how miserable I look. I would recommend this surgery to anyone. I've had absolutely no problems since surgery. Mr Hayter is an excellent surgeon.

Hi Steph How fab you look. Amazing pics. I just wondered if you could let me know if you had any bruising/black eyes/pain etc? Also, where are the stitches located? I am 48 and would rather have this done than go on holiday. Many thanks.

Hi, I did have a bit of bruising to the sides of my face, and a slight bruise under my left eye. Nothing too bad though. The swelling was fairly bad though. I was fairly concerned the day after the procedure, my head looked like a melon! But the swelling went down really quickly . It'll be 5 weeks on Friday since it was done and there is still a tiny amount of swelling but hardly anything to worry about. The stitches are in my hairline at my temple, along the edge of my ear and round the back of my ear. It sounds scary but I can't actually see the scar around the edge of my ear already (Mr. Hayter did a really good job). It still feels lumpy behind my ear though, although I'm not concerned by this. The worst thing is the area is still numb which means I tended to pick the area (you can't feel around your ears for a good two weeks afterwards). As for pain, the night after the operation I had some codine but I can't say the pain was all that bad at all. I had the odd paracetamol a few days later but that was it really. The main issue was the swelling. The nurses told me it would be fine and they were right. The whole experience couldn't have bneen smoother!
