So I finally decided to go for it and get this...

So I finally decided to go for it and get this done, I was told by my friend to go to this surgeon who did her boobs, after looking at his website etc I decided why not. This was through a private hospital and not a company so cost a little bit more than other places in UK.
I felt comfortable and satisfied when I met him so I was happy to book the surgery !
I have some asymmetry my left boob is bigger than my right (not easy to tell when I have such little boob anyway) but he did tell me I would be able to tell more once I had the surgery and had boobs so as long as I'm not too critical of my body I won't notice much.
(Yeah right!) I of course know I will notice but this hasn't stopped me from wanting them, for some reason he doesn't insert different sizes implants (I can't remember his reasons).
I literally can't remember my rib width etc but he said he is going to try 255cc full projection and also has ordered on 295cc, but is confident 255 will fit, I kind of want the bigger ones I'm scared I will have boob greed !!
He chose full projection as I said I was worried upper pole would be too flat on my bony body.
I literally have no breast tissue so he said I can't go big which I'm happy with but I do want a C cup.

Anyway it's two days to go and I am so nervous!
Mainly because of the pain I will wake up in and I don't want to be nauseous from the nor phone because the thought of throwing up in that pain is not great!!

Can anybody give me some advice on the recovery?

Good luck!! I agree with his choice to not use different sizes... my surgeon didn't either unless you were drastically different prior as he said you can emphasize it by trying to correct. No real advice but it's much better after the 3rd day and the pain meds made me sick so I stopped after 2 days and felt so much better.. you might get different ones though. :) I think the size you are getting will definitely be a C...and yes you might get boob greed but you can always dress them up with a push up padded bra and be more subtle when you want as well :) I am sure you will love them!

Thank you! Ah that makes sense then I don't think mine were drastically different! I came back from my night stay today I have posted an update, not in unbareable pain! Just looked at your results and they look amazing what a great size! Can't wait for mine to soften and recover! :)

Hello! I'm due to have my op on the 4th Feb for the same 255cc implant, I barely fit an A cup now and hoping myself to be around a C! I'm worried that the sizing or implant is going to be too small? Did you experience this? I'm around a size 6 now and between 7-7 and a half stone. I don't want to go through all the pain so have wished I had gone bigger. Thanks for any advice

Hello, you seem to be similar to me I was completely flat and around 7.9 stone. I would say the size is fine and not too small at all. Everybody gets boob greed but wouldn't you rather have them a size you can dress them up in push up bras than have massive boobs you can't hide? Plus if you're anything like me your skin and tissue won't be able to go bigger anyway otherwise it would lead to complications. If your surgeon advised that size I would trust them they know what they are doing. And also the pain really isn't that bad it's just pressure :)

Hi!!! I have 255. But honestly i think 280 World have been perfect. The doctor says that because i am a runner 255 was the Better option

Hey! Yeah I do wish mine were that little bit bigger! But my skin wasn’t ready to stretch that far and it would have left me with stretch marks. Better to be safe than sorry :)

1 day post op! I have boobs!

Louisemaria
Hi girls...
Well yesterday I was due to arrive for 11 to check into the hospital and my room, was told to fast from 5am, to find out I would be in surgery until around 4pm... I was suuuuper annoyed and starving but oh well!
I was surprisingly sooo calm and I'm a really anxious person! I guess I was just so ready to get this over and done with I can't believe how chilled I was thinking back now!
But anyway, after being given a pain med through the Cannula it made me SO dizzy so I closed my eyes ready for the anesthetic and was out!
Next thing I'm being woken up in recovery absolutely out of it, couldn't open my eyes or move at all, and immediately felt pressure and kept saying 'I can't breathe, I can't breathe!'
They still had an oxygen mask on me too. Can't say it was a nice experience but I am so tiny, I'm 5'4 and weigh about 7 stone 11... So anaesthesia and morphine really have a longer affect on my body!
Came back into my room about 6, must have been in surgery and recovery around an hour each.
I just felt pressure but my surgeon numbed my muscles with General anesthetic so the pain wasn't bad. I couldn't eat because I was so out of it.
But nevertheless after the night and some anti sickness med through my cannula I went home today about 2pm.
Right now I can tolerate the pain, it's literally the pressure and I also have a tubey grip over my boobs and then a strap on the top pushing down the swelling! It's such a tight tube on me it's really uncomfortable.

My back was also in pain last night from the tube grip and beig layed on it for so long!
I've cut the tube a bit to relieve some pressure around my waist it was too much!
I'm only on paracetamol and ibuprofen for now! I'm trying to stay away from the extra strong meds because of the side effects! I it's literally like you've done a huge work out on your pecs!!
Some people handle pain different to others I know.

Also I am so bloated! After surgery I was too my surgeon said it's the morphine which stops your large intestines from working as quickly so that's why it happens, advised me to take a laxative (I've never had one before so I'm a little scared)... Been eating prunes, think il take one tomorrow if I don't feel any better!
I will upload some pics tomorrow as its really hard to get them with this thing on me!
I think they look good so far, haven't had a full look because I have a compression strap at the top so I can't see the full shape but for my size body I think the projection looks pretty good!!

Oh and he chose 255cc he said they fit perfectly along with the projection so I'm happy for now until I get boob greed lol!

I'm hoping the pressure and pain won't worsen but I won't get my hopes up!
Will update tomorrow :)

They look great did you go for high profile or extra high profile ?

Thank you ! My implants were Mcghan's and mine were 'full projection' not 'profile' I think it's also the fact they are anatomical and not round :) they small boobs but for my body they fit great!
