4wks update
Hi guys ok so it's now a little over 4wks post op. So far I'm very pleased with the results however there have been some minor setbacks. Because I'm very tall and the areas treated was quite large I have suffered from quite a lot of fluid meaning my true results might take longer to show. However I absolutely love the direction things are now going in. I opted for 11 MLD treatments in total partially due to this. I am seeing dr Hamlet again on the 9th March. This is due to some swelling under the right arm known as roping. Something that again is not too uncommon but I'm assured is nothing to worry about. It all sounds quite bad but honestly it's not. I'm just trying to give a very detailed and informative review covering all aspects good and bad.
Grant has advised I continue to wear the 4D vest along with my compression at least until the seroma's calm down along with swelling. I am of course uploading some pics to this review and will try and update again very soon.

Hi Grahamdee, thank you for your detailed review. I'm having mid-def with Dr Hamlet tomorrow and although I wanted MLD the following day, I was told it was too soon. And because it will be difficult going back and forth, I am not due to have a session until Thursday, when I get my drains removed. Should I be concerned?
Hi although it is generally considered best to start the MLD 3days post op is perfectly acceptable and you should aim to have anywhere between 5-10 sessions most commonly it will be 7 but everyone is different and you should expect more than less. Whatever you save on MLD is then a new outfit. Bonus as far as I was concerned. Where is your surgery booked is it at the London clinic? Please tell him I said hi and keep me posted on your recovery.
So sorry half of my text is missing as I'm on my phone and it likes to think it's smarter than me lol. Basically should have read sooner is better but 3days post perfectly acceptable. Also always look at more rather than less. Good luck
Had the worse day.... My appointment was pushed back from originally 10 to 1:30. Was seen by the nurse and warned that Dr Hamlet was running behind. Approx 4 hours later Dr Hamlet came in and marked me up. Then 30 minutes later, the clinic manager and the anaesthesiologist came in to tell me that he had to go and so I need to reschedule. This was at 6pm... So my whole day was wasted and I had been nil by mouth and stressed. Also I'm a self employed contractor so lost a days money. Not only that but I have spent the last week tense and worried, preparing everything for recovery. And this was really the latest date, as I am due to go on my best friends 40th birthday holiday and was hoping to look good in a bikini.
I did say Hi for you though.... Before I was completely disappointed and had my hopes ruined.
They haven't posted my new review yet, so I'm ranting on yours. Sorry!!!

Hi that is truly annoying and I can understand your frustration. What I can say though is that this truly must have been out of his hands. Of course I can't really comment on your case personally. But every time I have seen dr hamlet I have always been made to feel quite comfortable and reassured. I understand you turned to dr hamlet after a not so pleasant experience so maybe you are somewhat more on your guard? Again only you truly know this. However I too would be feeling quite disappointed if this was me.
Dr Hamlet was as charming as ever as was my original Dr who actually organised for me to go to Dr Hamlet. However a 6 hour delay most of which I'm lying on a gurney stomach in knots.... to eventually be cancelled after Dr Hamlet had marked me up for surgery.... Really not ok!

21days follow on post
3wks update and also had follow up with Dr Hamlet. He was happy with his work and told me that things would be very much up and down in terms of how things look. He advised I continue to wear my 4D vest at least for another week possibly longer if I'm still getting a lot of fluid build up. He of course asked me how I was feeling and if I was happy with the results so far. It is still very much early days and I know things will continue to improve. Indeed he confirmed this too. Overall so far so good I'm very happy and the staff have all been amazing. One slight concern I did have was my weight and size. Although I look much much smaller and thinner with a much better shape my actual size has not yet changed. This is apparently 100% normal and indeed a lot report a temporary gain in weight and size due to swelling and fluid used during surgery. He did however say the first thing you will notice is how things fit. This is most definitely true as I can now where much much smaller sizes.

Two weeks review plus draining
Unfortunately I was not able to update last week so having to post 2wk and 3wk review together. Although I will try to post separate for easier reading.
The results are really starting to come in now. However it really does change from one day to the next. The tissue in the treated areas has now gone very hard. It's a really strange feeling unfortunately I have had several seromas ( fluid build up ) that has required manual draining on a regular basis. But this although not very nice is not too painful and you certainly feel better afterwards. I will attempt to upload pics and a video of this along with my update pics.

The other thing you can do is ask a surgeon on here too. Just make sure they are specialists in Vaser body contouring ie mid def hi def.
Forgive me for my very long reply I just want to get as much across as possible. If you need anything else please do ask.
Please stay in touch and let me know how he does.
Today has been a much better day, thank goodness! We are from TN. and his surgeon is Dr. Chad Deal. Dr. Deal actually knows Dr. Hamlet and speaks very highly of him. He put him on two different antibiotics for double coverage and gave him Percocet and Valium for pain. His scrotum is probably triple in size and Dr. Deal did confirm today that it is perfectly normal. Those first few days was really difficult, but my fiancé says he is 100% happy he'd did this procedure and he would do it all over again! He is finally excited about going to the beach and not being embarrassed. Honestly, this procedure is life changing on many levels. Thank you and I hope you are still doing well and recovery is everything you needed it to be!
