But don't think tray 19 has been very good. There doesn't seem to be enough room for one of my top front teeth to straighten up and it's sitting on top of the one next to it which is causing it to feel funny. I think more room is needed for this one! Other than that everything else seems to be going well and can't wait to have the bumps removed in just over a week - before my hols!

Ok so I will change to Tray 10 tonight! Can't believe how quickly the time has gone and now I am almost half way through. My teeth look better already and I am so pleased so far, although I could really do with some more whitener from my orthodontist the next time I visit which will be at the end of Tray 12 so I will have to just manage for another 6 weeks. Having slightly discoloured teeth is my only issue so far. Fingers crossed for the remainder of the treatment!

Ok so I am now half way through set 4. I intend to post some pics soon so watch this space! I haven't noticed much of a difference this far but my husband says he has noticed an improvement so that's good!
Again this set felt really tight for the first 1-2 days but now feel much looser and more comfortable. I wonder if this is what everyone else experiences?
