Moved to Florida less inflammation

Less inflammation still continuing to do led light the celluma is deff helping the move to Florida helped my skin a lot the celluma took 6 months for me to see a different I would say continue to do it for sure

I suggest the red light more from celluma it calms it down way more but natural light is the best to see improvement I barely breakout just the small pimples on my
Period this is my skin on my pms lol I used to get big pimples . If u are olive tone like me use the red light over use of the blue can bring pigmentation so I use the red light . The red light also penetrates deeper I just deal with occasional zit and my pigmentations. But that does go away in time I use the celluma every other day bit every day I also use moisturizer before celluma because the rays are still powerful enough to heal the skin . Celluma Led for Easily Flushed Compromised Skin

My skin easily flushes I have been using the Celluma twice a day with morning blue and at night red. But I do get small pesky pimples so here is after 3 days. I will update monthly on here to help anybody else who flushed easily or gets red easily this is my starting point.
