Update

Still playing around with different color combinations but I am really liking the mask and the calming it seems to be offering

Inflammation control

Working really hard to get this inflammation down. I got off Keto which I think the dairy and high fat were contributing. Maintaining my gentle skin care regimen and have done 3 sessions with my LED mask altering between red, green and amber. I feel like I’m starting to see some level of calming. I will continue on this program and update soon.

LED light therapy

Four years later still dealing with inflammation from a botched laser job. my intentions with the LED light therapy are to calm the inflammation enough that I can begin derma rolling and experimenting with some other treatments and of course just reduce the overall redness and inflammation in my face.

I've done a lot of research on LED therapy and it has helped many rosacea sufferers. I don't have rosacea personally but it's a similar set of problems. It has also proven beneficial for many other skin other ailments so I am going to give it a try. I purchased the seven color mask on Amazon for a little over $100 and I just finished my first session of green and cyan colors. Has anyone tried it? please share your experiences if so!
