Microblading Nightmare Continues!

Tomorrow will be 3 weeks since I had microblading done. I went to a reputable experienced person that came highly recommended. She was more expensive than others that I had checked into but I wasn't looking for a bargain when it came to my face. It really hurt and when I saw my brows once she was done, I was mortified! They were clearly 2 different shapes and sizes, one way more arched than the other and extremely dark. I freaked but was told that it would all even out once the swelling went down. Trying to trust the process but clearly seeing the shape, I waited the longest 5 days of my life until I could wash them. As I knew day one, they were SO mismatched and uneven. I sent my picture to the lady and she blamed that on my bone structure. She said one side was more prominent and the other side was flat and that's why one looks more arched. I immediately made an appt with the lady I had originally booked an appt with to look at my eyebrows. She said she doesn't even understand how she could have gone so wrong. She said that I was cut deep and that's why it hurt so bad. She saw them on day 10 and told me that she will look at them again after 5 more weeks to see if she can correct them. She said all bone structures can be worked with to get a symmetrical look.
I then called the lady back that did them and asked for my money back and told her that the lady hoping to correct them said that my outcome is unacceptable. She did give my money back but that doesn't help what I'm now left with. I'm really scared to do another thing to them but as the days go on, they're looking somewhat grayish. This has consumed me for 3 weeks now and I'm so upset every time I look in the mirror. She used an iron oxide base ink and I've read different things about them fading to pink, never completely fading and that it fades the fastest. I've looked into laser removal and that scares me. If I do decide to let someone correct this, can the color also be lightened? Somebody help!!! I've tried to post a pic but it always shows up sideways with no way to rotate it.
