Tomorrow's the big day

So its 11:15 pm as i'm writing this.. My surgery is in 12 hours! Need to wake up at 6 am, it'll be a 2 hour drive to the hospital. Told my dr i need a pill so i could stay calm and not have some kind of panic attack.. I'm very confident that the DR will do a great job.. Wish me luck with the pain! Xx

So I finally got the nerve to book for first ever...

So I finally got the nerve to book for first ever surgery on the 21st of march, the surgery is less than 2 weeks away and i'm starting to get nervous! Dr Ibrahim Melki ( From lebanon, beirut ) will perform the surgery. He's an excellent surgeon and is highly recommended by my friends. I felt very comfortable in my first consultation. As a teenager growing up I always had perky large D-cup breasts, but when i lost 17 Kgs last year my boobs became saggy and low. I became very self conscious ever since this happened, since I'm highly critical of my self and my body and my boobs were my pride and joy! The doctor agreed that i'll need a lift with implants to get great results. I just wish there was a way that I can get a lift without this ugly vertical scar :( . I don't want to go HUGE, i'm just gona settle for a big or small C. Did you try Arnika? Is it true that taking it before and after surgery will dramatically improve the scars and make them heal quicker? If I don't us Arnika, can i use Bio-Oil and Mebo Scars after the surgery? Also, regarding the pain, it'll be horrible for just 3 days then it becomes manageable right? I'm really worried! Please advice! I really need your support.
