Tomorrow is my big day for my breast implants and...

Tomorrow is my big day for my breast implants and tummy tuck! I have been waiting for a few months and my surgery date is finally here. I would like to share my experience to help others who are also thinking about having plastic surgery. I am expecting a modified abdominoplasty and dual plane implants, through the crease. I should be getting Natrelle Inspira 365cc SRF. This was decided upon by my surgeon and I based on my sagging breasts, the amount of skin I have to fill, and my width.

Here are my basic statistics
32 years old
5'5
121 lbs
bra size 32B with some gapping at the top of the bra
chest width is 11.5 I think??? I will ask at follow up.
3 breastfed children including one set of twins who were born at 37.5 weeks gestation and 6lbs each!

I am excited to get rid of the excess skin on my belly, correct my belly button and correct the ab muscles that separated during my twin pregnancy. I am ready to regain fullness in my breasts... and then some! I hope to come out a larger size than I was before kids. Previously, I have worn a 32b or 32c depending on the brand and now I can not fill out my 32b's. I am hoping for a small D or full C.

2 days post op results

Everything went as planned on my surgery a few days ago. I got to speak to my Dr. before the surgery and was very excited to get things going. My surgery took 3.5 hours for the tummy and the BA. I was definitely out of it the rest of day one. And, I didn't really even feel well enough to stand and look in the mirror, just really groggy. Thankfully, I had no nausea. My tummy tuck included some lipo and the sites where the lipo was done on my back were leaking fluid and blood which my Dr. warned me about. He suggested that I wear grubby clothes and put old sheets on the bed and I am glad I did because it was a big mess.

Day 2 felt better than day 1 but there was still a lot of pain in the stomach area. The breasts were sore but it was nothing like the pain in my stomach. Less grogginess. I went to my first post-op and the Dr. said to expect to use my pain medecine for a week and that he had done a lot of tightening of the skin and muscles. He was able to pull all of the skin down and I didn't have a vertical scar. I was instructed on how to massage my breasts and I was given a compression garment for my belly which I will keep on except in the shower for 1 whole month! He also prescribed valium to help with back spasms from being hunched over and from the added weight of the breasts. My stomach was in major pain with sharp shooting pain at times before bed last night so I made sure to take my meds a little closer together today and that helped.

Today is day 3 and I felt worse today than yesterday, mainly because I had some nausea and a headache. Still very little appetite so I know that contributes to the nausea from taking all the pain meds. For part of the day I cut down to 1 oxy and 1 tylenol and did ok but the rest of the day was 2 oxy's every 4 hours. I started the vallium this afternoon and that helped with my neck ache. I wanted to sleep all day and didn't even feel much like TV or reading. The Dr. did say I should be up and moving so I get up often to use the restroom, fill up my water, etc. I will post a couple of update pictures and more when I feel more like standing up in a few days. I am still walking hunched over and sleeping propped up on pillows.

4 days post op pics

At 4 days PO I had already taken a couple of showers but I was still on the heavy pain meds and having constant help with my kids. These pics mainly show breast but I was able to stand up a little straighter that day. The following night I slept on 2 pillows instead of being propped up so high.

This was a huge improvement from day 2-3 when I was in so much discomfort I was wondering why I had the procedure done!
