I started at 178lbs the day of sx. Got down to 160 over the first year and a half....just recently started picking up weight. All the wait is going to my breast “which are natural” and my butt. I now weigh as of today 8/14/18 173lbs.....5lbs from wear i started. :-(.
It doesn’t look bad on me but I gotta get back on track with my workout routine and eating habits. Surgery was 6/28/18

Lipo on arms

User Avatar

I absolutely hate my arms not both just my right. I have a large Pocket of fat that was missed. I’m almost self conscious of it. I’ll post a pic later. My doc offered to fix it or free if i get my breast done...but I’ve opted out of having my breast done and it’s not worth being put under for one small area. :-(.

Ugh that sounds so frustrating! I use a cellulite reducing lotion on my arms and feel it slims it out a little. Maybe that will help a little?!

Hi. Yes very frustrating. I’m hoping exercising will help it. If not, i may do smart lipo in my arms. I just had it done on my back yesterday an it was the easiest thing.

Oh yes that sounds like a good possibility. Let us know what you think of the smart lipo

The smart lipo was so easy for ME. Didn’t hurt at all. I’ve read what hurts is when they numb you. For me the initial shots to numb the surface of my skin didn’t hurt...the numbing under the skin i felt in 2 different spots but that’s it. The whole procedure was awesome for me. I have not taking anything for pain. I’m swollen, tender and still wrapped up but i look smaller. Lol i have a smart lipo review on here.
