Why:
I was unhappy with the underdevelopment of my breast to begin with. Then, this past year I lost 35ish pounds and became more unsatisfied with the volume and shape of my breast in proportion to my body. I am a curvy girl, I've always loved my hips and booty.

Pre-operation I wore a 36 B cup, desiring to be a full D cup.

Today was operation day! So stay tuned!

Last night was rough. I am not use to sleeping on my back so I was very uncomfortable. Woke up around 1:30 in the morning in tears I was in so much pain. Took 2 muscle relaxers and a pain pill an hour later. Some of the worst pain is actually in my back, neck and under my arms.

My incision is under the fold and the implants are submuscular. My DR says this is all normal. I drank some hot tea and finally fell asleep with an ice pack on my back and one on my chest. I feel more comfortable sitting up at an angle than laying flat. And stay on top of those meds!! And keep your post op corset/Velcro bra on. Pressure helps.

Once I was asleep I slept good. Woke up stiff but with an appetite. Drink lots of water. Ate eggs and toast. Took a nausea pill. Felt much better.

Ice really helps with soreness and pressure on chest. Walked as much as I could today to loosen up my body. But get really tired every couple hours after meds.

Stay hydrated!! It took me long time to wake up after surgery and was dehydrated.

Made it through day one! Have felt able to shower yet. Just sponge baths. Will post pre-op and post-op pictures soon.

Day 3 was by far the worst. I threw up all day long almost every 4 hours. My mom even called poison control thinking I may have been having a bad reaction to the medications and anesthesia. I didn't eat and slept between the fits of getting sick. My doctor called me in some different meds and something to stop the nausea and it's helped tremendously. I slept a full 12-14 hours. I never had a fever so that's good. So no infection.

Day 4 when I woke up, I felt brand new. I took a shower. Which was heaven. Relaxed naked around the house for awhile to let the girls breath. Walking helped with "morning boob" - feeling tight and lethargic. Drank lot and lots of water. Actually looked at my breast and felt them. Very tinder. Nipples are tender/numb. Implants Very high and swollen still. Ice on top really feels good. Stretching skin is itchy which is why a shower feels like heaven. Mostly sore under my arm pits. Cleavage area. Back. Shoulders and neck. Not the incision sight. Sleeping at an angle with my feet propped up is still the best.

I did go out today. Mom drove me to a few stores. Got Starbucks. Yum!! Fell asleep on way home lol. Wore out quick.

Appetite is back. Meds give me dry mouth so drink drink drink!! But really only taking pain meds when needed and nausea meds.

Very very tired.
